Anastasia Liu

Anastasia Liu is a senior, graduating with the class of 2017, from Hillsborough High School. She has been involved with visual art in and out of the classroom for years. Her pieces have been selected for 4 HHS Annual Spring and Winter Art Shows, and she has also won the second place ribbon at the 2016 Hillsborough Twp Cultural and Arts Commission Annual Art Exhibition. Lastly, she was selected for the Morristown Museum Fresh Perspectives Award in June of last year.

She is president of the National Art Honors Society, as well as the co-founder and co-president of the Art and Mixed Media Club. Besides artistic accomplishments, she is part of the NHS and the FHS, as well as the Robotics team. Her greatest passions are painting, studying Eastern history, and taking naps. She is excited to attend the University of Chicago this fall, where she will be studying visual arts, world history, and sociology to become an artist or professor in the future
