Lily Rutman is a senior in the class of 2018 at Hopewell Valley Central High School. In addition to her love of theatre, she also has an interest in history and literature. Recent credits include Rosemary Sydney (Picnic), Dotty Otley (Noises Off), Berthe (Pippin), Heidi Holland (The Heidi Chronicles), Mission Band (Guys and Dolls), and Beatrice (Much Ado About Nothing). Lily has received several awards in acting, including Best Supporting Actress at the NJ Thespian Conference and Best Major Supporting Actress at Stagedoor Manor. She currently studies at Jody Wood actors studio in Princeton and takes professional voice lessons with Steven Schnurman in Cranbury. She has previously attended Stagedoor Manor and New York University’s Tisch Summer High School Program. Lily is Vice President of the thespian troupe, a member of the National Honors Society, and a member of the Chamber Singers at her high school. She plans to continue studying theatre in college.
