I am Nora Fraser, a senior in the Class of 2017 at Red Bank Regional High School. In my time at Red Bank Regional, I have been honored to be a part of the National Art Honor Society for all four years of my high school career, and Treasurer of the society for my senior year. I have also spent my high school years in the Studio Art Major at Red Bank Regional High School.
I want to pursue a career in the visual arts simply because it is what I do. My art is my connection to the world, it allows me to express my ideas and emotions, and the more fantastic, sometimes twisted, part of my imagination that cannot be expressed in any other way. I want to inspire people, and make people think, but most of all I just want to be able to get up every day and do what I love to do the most. I’m not looking to become famous; my goal is to grow as an artist through college, and interact with other artists, and to one day be able to provide for myself through my art, by selling work to people who enjoy it.
