Victoria Anderson

Victoria Anderson is a self-motivated and multi-talented senior attending Union High School. Since 2014, she has participated in NAACP Afro-American Cultural Scientific Olympics where she won Silver in Sculpture and Bronze in Poetry Performance. As the Senior Class Vice President, Victoria is proud to be an enthusiast who is supportive to her peers with school spirit. This attitude helped her become Homecoming Princess 2015 and also a requested Mistress of Ceremonies for school events. This year she helped plan a fundraiser fashion show for the senior class and raised $5000. Victoria is also a champion Shot Put athlete and was recently listed as 10th in the state for Javelin Throwing. Victoria is also active in her church, Pilgrim Baptist, where she serves as an usher, singer and liturgical dancer. She plans to attend college in the fall majoring in Social Work with Hospitality Management as a minor. In her spare time, Victoria enjoys writing poetry and spending time with family and friends. She aspires to work to help her community encouraging people to act more like “caregivers” in every way possible.
