Arts Education Partnership
January-01-05
This resource examines the implications of the No Child Left Behind Act (NCLB) upon arts education after its fourth year of implementation. The law recognizes the arts as a "core" subject and several NCLB programs are directly or indirectly related to the arts. The document provides resources for state and local education leaders who wish to secure funding for arts education by providing detailed information on several grant opportunities and programs through the U.S. Department of Education.
