Suggestions to help your remote yoga experience:
- Prepare yourself mentally & physically for yoga:
- Physically – DO NOT EAT for at least 2 hours prior
- Mentally – Focus on why it is you want to do yoga/your goal for practicing. Bring that intention & purpose to your mat.
- Dedicate this time solely for your yoga practice
- Turn off your phone
- Find a quiet space where you can focus
