Jordyn Gobern

Jordyn Gobern is a Junior at UCVTS-Academy for Performing Arts (APA) in Scotch Plains, NJ. At APA, she trains in ballet, jazz, modern, social dances, and participates in masterclasses led by industry professionals. Additionally, she trains at Elite Performing
Arts Center in Scotch Plains, NJ, where she has been a member of the competition team for eight years. At Elite Performing Arts Center, Jordyn trains in acrobatics, ballet, contemporary, hip-hop, jazz, lyrical, and tap. She has furthered her training by attending dance intensives through NYCDA, Pace University, and treadFAST dance
company. Jordyn is an established leader at APA. She is the President of NHSDA, member of NHS, and Student Council Class Representative. She recently made her choreography debut for her school’s production of Little Shop of Horrors and was a Student Choreographer/Dance Captain of her school’s Spring Musical, Les Misérables. Jordyn is extremely dedicated to dance and hopes to obtain her BFA in Dance.
