Scott Baird

Scott Baird is a dedicated theatre educator with many years of experience working in educational theatre. Scott serves as the Director/Producer of the Montville Theatre Company at Montville Township High School. 

Over the past 13 years at Montville Township High School, he has directed and produced over 20 productions which challenged the students to grow as performers and people. He is also a performer himself and has shared his talents with many local theaters over the years. Scott is a former member of the Board of Directors at The Barn Theatre in Montville where he served as Vice President and currently sits on the Board at Pleasant Valley Productions in West Orange as the Artistic Director and Vice President. He has also shared his love for educational theatre while working with youth performing arts programs such as Aspire Performing Arts Company in Wayne and working as a Teaching Artists at Mayo Performing Arts Center in Morristown. Scott has a B.A. in Theatre Studies from Montclair State University.
