Emmie Collins is a senior in the Class of 2018 at Hopewell Valley Central High School. She has been a member of the National Honors Society for two years and has taken challenging and thought-provoking classes throughout her four years of high school. She will be going to the Galapagos islands this summer with other members of her AP Environmental Science class. She is also a member of the Performing Arts Academy within HVCHS, Thespian Troupe #7964, and the Chambers choir. After school, she performs in the plays and musicals that are put on at HVCHS and sings in an acapella group called She Major. She also spends her summers by interning at Princeton Summer Theater and doing different acting programs at studios such as the Stella Adler Studio of Acting in New York City. Last summer, she was also able to go to the International Thespian Festival at Lincoln Nebraska with several other members of Troupe #7964 and Ms. Rochon. She intends on going to college for acting and pursuing a career as an actress in the future.
